FAQ’s

Where do you ship to? – We currently only ship within New Zealand.

How much is shipping? – There is a flate rate shipping fee of NZD10 for all orders.

Is shipping tracked? – We will send all orders via NZ Post with tracking and will supply you with the tracking number once the order has been shipped.

What are your delivery times? – We aim to dispach your order within 48 hours for items in stock. We use NZ Post to courier our parcels and delivery times are subject to them. Delivery of items made to order will be discussed with you prior to you completing your order.

Can I pick up my order? – Currently we do not allow pick up, however, if you are located in Hamilton we can arrange deliverly free of charge. 

Can I wash my jewellery? – Imersion of any beaded items in liquid is discouraged to prevent deterioration. 

How do I clean my jewellery? – Polish lightly with a lint-free cloth.

How long will my jewellery last? – All beaded items are made to last, however, without adequate care these items will inevitably deteriorate. 

Can I change the size/colour of my jewellery? – Sizing and colours are clearly stated in the product descriptions. If you require a diferent size or colour please contact us by email and we will endevour to meet your needs. 

What is your return policy? – Items returned within 48 hours will receive a full refund once the item has been received in the same condition in which you received it. Return address: 36 Wynvale Lane, Hamilton, 3289.
